In this single hour session we get to scratch the surface together and you will get needed tools to move forward with what ever is coming up for you on the day. For a deeper dive and moving forward in your transformation journey with more momentum, usually more regular sessions might be needed. Check out my 5 pack for a bit of a discount if you wish to begin a true journey into the parts of you waiting to be seen and released. Those sessions can be used in timeline of your choosing. Sessions conducted via Zoom.

Cancellation Policy

Because I value and honour my commitment to you, and I want you to value and honour you commitment to YOURSELF, all session and group/circle bookings and payments for online courses/products are NON REFUNDABLE. I do have a 48h cancellation policy for all 1-on-1 booked appointments (also all non refundable). If cancelled prior to that time, they can however be rescheduled for another date.
